Xplore’s flagship Surge project sits in the middle of Canada’s most exciting lithium exploration hotspot. Directly adjacent to Green Technology Metals’ Root Project, it is located just 1.5 km along trend from the Root Bay deposit which has a JORC resource of 10.1 Mt at 1.29% Li2O. Recent drilling by Green Technology Metals within 50 m of the shared claim boundary has intercepted up to 1.16% Li2O over 23.3 m.

Xplore’s technical team has carried out extensive prospecting, sampling and outcrop stripping, and abundant pegmatites have been mapped throughout the property. The prospective trend hosting the Root Bay deposit is easily identifiable by magnetic survey and can be traced over 10 km through the Surge project. Permitting is now in progress for a Q1/Q2 drill program.
