Overview

Xplore holds a key land position along the Root Bay lithium trend in northwestern Ontario – a region that has recently become one of the most attractive lithium hotspots in Canada. The company’s flagship project is Surge, which is located immediately adjacent to Green Technology Metals’ Root project – host to a large resource. With a shared border just 25 m on trend from new, high-grade lithium drill results, Surge has been primed for a fast, aggressive exploration program that will commence in 2024.

Other Xplore projects within the region include Perrigo, Raggy Creek and Aerial Lake. Of these, the Perrigo project has also been prioritised for a 2024 work program. Adjacent to the Allison Lake Batholith – a huge, highly prospective geological structure identified by the Ontario Geological Survey – the Perrigo project is proximal to pegmatite hosted lithium with recent results assaying up to 950 ppm.
